Charming Weather, from The Arcadians (Wimperis/Monckton/Talbot) First performed at the Shaftesbury Theatre in 1909, with Phyllis Dare and Harry Welchman as Eileen and Jack. The third track from the late Peter Coe’s concept for a stage play titled Husbands and Lovers, based on a song cycle of popular numbers from the days of Edwardian Theatre. Sung by Kurt Gänzl and Tracy Collier. Piano by Lesley Hayes. Recorded at Chappell Studios London 1985. Audio restoration by Maria Anthony using Adobe Audition.
